That the President of the «Siv*ef.ai^. ^°°* United States is aiithorized and requested to issue, on or before February 14, 1950 (the one hundredth anniversary of the date on which the State of Oregon was admitted into the Union), a prochimation calling upon the people of the United States to commemorate with appropriate ceremonies the one hundredth anniversary of the admission of Oregon into the Union.
