AN ACT Making supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1958, and for other purposes 85-323 Alcohol and tobacco tax refund. AN ACT To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to prevent unjust enrichment by precluding refunds of alcohol and tobacco taxes to persons who have not borne the ultimate burden of the tax 85-324 Department of Labor supplemental appropriations, 1958. JOINT RESOLUTION Making supplemental appropriations for the Department of Labor for the fiscal year 1958, and for other purposes _.__ 85-325 Air Force installations. AN ACT To amend the District of Columbia Hospital Center Act in order to extend the time and increase the authorization for appropriations for the purposes of such Act, and to provide that grants under such Act may be made to certain organizations organized to construct and operate hospital facilities in the District of Columbia
