Public Law 85-726 AN ACT To continue the Civil Aeronautics Board a s an agency of the United States, to create a Federal Aviation Army, to provide for the regulation and promotion of civil aviation in such ihanner a s to best foster its development and safety, and to provide for the safe and efficient use of the airspace by both civil and military aircraft, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress asseniMed^ That this Act, divided into titles and sections according to the following table of contents, may be cited as the "Federal Aviation Act of 1058":
