SEC. 2. The Administrator of General Services is authorized and directed to convey by quitclaim deed to the record owner, as of the date of enactment of this Act, of each lot of Pinecrest Park Subdivision, sections 1, 2, and 3, as per plat thereof recorded in book 3, pages 12, 38, and 39, respectively, of the records of plats of Jackson County, Mississippi, contained in the tract of land in the county of Jackson, State of Mississippi, which was conveyed by quitclaim deed from the United States of America to E. H. Bacot, recorded on June 10, 1950, in book 112, pages 498-601, of the land deed records of Jackson County, Mississippi, all of the right, title, and interest of the United States in and to uranium, thorium, and other materials in such lot determined pursuant to section 5(b)(1) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1946 (60 Stat. 761) to be peculiarly essential to the production of fissionable material. The exact legal description of such land shall be determined by the Administrator of General Services. Approved August 19, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 33 of the Trading With the Enemy Act, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to accept and consider upon its merits any claim filed pursuant to section 9(a) of such Act, within six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, by Sono Hoshi, of Seattle, Washington, for the return of ten shares of stock of the American Telephone and Telegraph Company formerly owned by her, title to which was acquired by the United States under such Act by vesting order numbered 10132 of the Office of Alien Property, together with any dividends declared on such stock while held by the United States, or the proceeds thereof if such stock has been liquidated by the United States. If no such return is made within a period of sixty days after the filing of such claim, said Sono Hoshi shall be entitled, within one year after the expiration of such period, to institute suit pursuant to section 9(a) of such Act for the return of such property. Quota deduction.

AN ACT For the relief of Wadiha Salime Hamade.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Wadiha Salime Hamade shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
