AN ACT For the relief of Salvador Miranda.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Salvador Miranda shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Approved August 23, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jose Mararae shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Juan Juan Mararae, a citizen of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of the beneficiary, by virtue of such relationship, shall be accorded any right, status or privilege under the Immigration and Nationality Act. That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child Joseph Daniel Maeda Betterley (Toshikazu Maeda) shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Sergeant and Mrs. Donald James Betterley, citizens of the United States.
