A^ationalitj Act, the minor child, Cho Hack Youn, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. George F, Buck, a citizen of the United States. Approved August 23, 1958.

Private Law 85-645 AN ACT For the relief of Nessime Kadoch.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemhted. That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(1) and (4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nessime Kadoch may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act: And provided further, That the exemption granted herein shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of Justice or the Department of State has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Chavez and Stella H. Chavez, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of Doulatram Chattulane Chavez shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
