AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Henry Oscar (Olga McCurdy) Ramsey.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 352 (a) shall not apply to Mrs. Henry Oscar (Olga McCurdy) Ramsey. Approved August 23, 1958.

AN ACT For the relief of Harley D. Riicker.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That sections 15 through 20, inclusive, of the Federal Employees' Compensation Act, us amended, are hereby waived in favor of Harley D. Rucker of Saint Paris, Ohio, for his claim for compensation and disability resulting from an injury alleged to have been sustained by him on or about September 9, 1944, while in the performance of duty as an employee at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and that his said claim shall be acted upon under the remaining provisions of such Act if he files such claim with the Bureau of Employees' Compensation, United States Department of Labor, not later than sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act: Provided, That no benefits except medical and hospital expenses shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Arthur G. Williams.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Arthur G. Williams, Assistant Postmaster, Jesup, Georgia, is relieved from liability for repayment to the United States of the amount due the United States on account of the embezzlement of $11,163.72 of post office funds by Leon W. Martin, substitute clerk in the Jesup post office in the State of Georgia, during the period July 1950 and March 1951: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 23, 1958.
