(e) The amendment made by parajjraph (1) of subsection (c) of section 32 shall apply in the case of deaths occurring on or after January 3, 1959. (f) The amendments made by paragraph (1) of subsection (b) and paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of subsection (d) of section 18 shall be applicable for fiscal years beginning July 1, 1959.
