of any function vested by said plan in the Board of Commissioners or in any office or agency under the jurisdiction and control of said Board of Commissioners shall continue to be subject to delegation by said Board of Commissioners in accordance with section 3 of such plan. Any function vested by this amendatory act in any agency established pursuant to such plan shall be deemed to be vested in said Board of Commissioners and shall be subject to delegation in accordance with said plan. Public Law 86-99 AN ACT

To extend for a period of two years the privilege of free importation of gifts from members of the armed forces of the United States on duty abroad. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the Act of December 5, 1942, entitled "An Act to accord free entry to bona fide gifts from members of the armed forces of the United States on duty abroad", as amended (U.S.C., title 50 App., sec. 847), is amended by striking out "July 1, 1959" and inserting in lieu thereof "July 1, 1961". Approved July 17, 1959.

Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such locks and dam are referred to under any other name or designation shall be held to refer to such locks and dam as Captain Anthony Meldahl locks and dam.
