P mo SEC. 629. During the current fiscal year, the Secretary of Defense rifler o r a c tti ic o.n of p e shall, upon requisition of the National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice, and without reimbursement, transfer from agencies of the Department of Defense to the Board ammunition from stock or which has been procured for the purpose in such amounts as he may determine. Such appropriations of the Department of Defense available for obligation during the current fiscal year as may be designated by the Secretary of Defense shall be available for the travel expenses of military and naval personnel, including the reserve components, and members of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps attending regional, national or international rifle matches. Funds provided in this Act for legislative liaison activities son ea ci silv it ti ivees.l i a i t of the Department of the Army, the Department of the Navy, the Department of the Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense shall not exceed $2,650,000: Provided, That this amount shall be available for apportionment to the Department of the Army, the Department of the Navy, the Department of the Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense as determined by the Secretary of Defense. SEC, 631. Of the funds made available by this Act for the services of r i eC si.v i l a i r cai^ r the Military Air Transport Service, $85,000,000 shall be available only for procurement of commercial air transportation service; and the Secretary of Defense shall utilize the services of civil air carriers which qualify as small businesses to the fullest extent found practicable. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary T eRx e sd. a of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to conduct the neces- S t u d sary studies and render a report to the Congress on the feasibility of ^°^ developing the water resources of that portion of the drainage area of the Salt Fork of the Red River lying in the State of Texas and that portion of the drainage area of the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River lying in the State of Texas for furnishing municipal and industrial water and for other purposes.
