AN ACT To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to permit the temporary listing and certification of Citrus Red No. 2 for coloring m a t u r e oranges under tolerances found safe by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, so as to permit continuance of established coloring practice in the orange industry pending congressional consideration of general legislation for the listing and certification of food color additives under safe tolerances 86-3 Hawaii, statehood. AN ACT To provide for the admission of the State of Hawaii into the Union 86-4 Draft extension, etc. AN ACT To extend' the induction provisions of the Universal Military Training and Service Act, and for other purposes 86-5 ^.. Smithsonian Institution. JOINT RESOLUTION To provide for the reappointment of Robert V. Fleming as citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution . .__ 86-6 National Outdoor Recreation Resources Review Commission. AN ACT To amend the Act of June 28, 1958, entitled "An Act to provide for a National Outdoor Recreation Resources Review Commission, and for other purposes" 86-7 Temporary Unemployment Compensation Act of 1968, amendment. AN ACT To extend the time during which certain individuals may continue to receive temporary unemployment compensation 86-8 International Radio Corisultative Committee. JOINT RESOLUTION Providing that certain communication activities at the IX Plenary Assembly of the International Radio Consultative Committee to be held in the United States in 1959 shall not be construed to be prohibited by the Communications Act of 1934 or any other law 86-9 _ - - Olympic Games. JOINT RESOLUTION Extending an invitation to the International Olympic Committee to hold the 1964 Olympic games in the United States 86-10 — Milk program.
