SEC. 204. No part of any funds made available by this Act to the Southwestern Power Administration may be made available to any other agency, bureau, or office for any purposes other than for services rendered pursuant to law to the Southwestern Power Administration.

TITLE III—INDEPENDENT OFFICES TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY PAYMENT TO TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY FUND

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended (16 U.S.C., ch. 12A), including hire, maintenance, and operation of aircraft, and purchase (not to exceed two hundred for replacement only) and hire of passenger motor vehicles, $14,903,850, to remain available until expended. This Act may be cited as the "Public Works Appropriation Act, 1960". SAM R A Y B U R N
