For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $290,000, of which $220,000 shall be available only upon the enactment into law of legislation continuing beyond September 30, 1959, the program authorized by title VI of the Housing Act of 1954, as amended (68 Stat. 590, 63T).

-For an additional amount for necessary expenses incident to the distribution of funds belonging to members of the Creek Nation of Indians, in accordance with the Act of August 1, 1955 (69 Stat. 431), as amended, $100,000, to remain available until expended.
