Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Conaress assembled, That Peter Sergee- bin.***' ^* °*'^*' vich Deryabin, also known as Tneodore Stanley Orel (A~8814572), lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States on May 31, 1955, shall be held to be included in the class of applicants for naturalization exempted from the provisions of section 313(a) l^uSfu^i?.* of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as such class is specified in section 313(c) of the said Act.
