SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring), That there be printed for the use of the Committee on the Judiciary, United States Senate, two thousand five hundred additional copies each of the following reports: S. Kept. 1378 (Eighty-fifth Congress, second session) of the Committee on the Judiciary, entitled "Administered Prices—Steel"; and three reports of the Subcommittee on Antitrust and Monopoly entitled, respectively, "Concentration in American Industry" (Eighty-fifth Congress, first session), "Administered Prices—Automobiles" (Eighty-fifth Congress, second session), and "Case Study of Incipient Monopoly in Milk Distribution" (Eightyfifth Congress, second session). Agreed to August 18, 1959. STATUE OF SENATOR PATRICK A. McCARRAN-ACCEPTANCE

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring) ^ That the statue of Senator Patrick A. McCarran, presented by the State of Nevada, to be placed in the Statuary Hall collection, is accepted in the name of the United States, and that the thanks of the Congress be tendered such State for the contribution of the statue of one of its most eminent citizens, illustrious in the field of law and government; and be it further Resolved^ That a copy of these resolutions, suitably engrossed and duly authenticated, be transmitted to the Governor of Nevada. STATUE O F SENATOR PATRICK A. McCARRAN-TEMPORARY PLACEMENT

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring) ^ That the State of Nevada is hereby authorized to place temporarily in the rotunda of the Capitol a statue of the late Senator Patrick A. McCarran, of Nevada, and to hold ceremonies in the rotunda on such occasion; and the Architect of the Capitol is hereby authorized to make the necessary arrangements therefor. Agreed to August 18, 1959.

STATUE O F SENATOR PATRICK A. McCARR AN--PRINTING O F PRESENTATION PROCEEDINGS

Resolved by the Senate {the Hou^ne of Representatives concurring)^ That the proceedings at the presentation, dedication, and acceptance of the statue of Senator Patrick A. McCarran, to be presented by the State of Nevada in the rotunda of the Capitol, together with appropriate illustrations and other pertinent matter, shall be printed as a Senate document. The copy for such Senate document shall be prepared under the supervision of the Joint Committee on Printing. SEC. 2. There shall be printed three thousand additional copies of such Senate document, which shall be bound in such style as the Joint Committee on Printing shall direct, and of which one hundred copies shall be for the use of the Senate and one thousand six hundred copies shall be for the use of the Members of the Senate from the State of Nevada, and five hundred copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and eight hundred copies shall be for the use of the Member of the House of Representatives from the State of Nevada.
