Harry E. Nelson.
AN ACT For the relief of Harry E. Nelson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,^ That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to H a r r y E. Nelson, Tacoma, Washington, the sum of $251.49. Such sum represents reimbursement to the said H a r r y E. Nelson for paying out of his own funds a judgment rendered against him and costs in the justice court, Tacoma precinct. Pierce County, Washington, arising out of an accident occurring when said H a r r y E. Nelson was operating a motor vehicle in the course of his duties as an employee of the Post Office Department: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in comiection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved April 4, 1960. AN ACT For the relief of Carl J, Fisher, captain, United States Army, retired.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Carl J. Fisher, captain. United States Army, retired, is hereby relieved of all liability to refund to the United States the sum of $2,384.86, representing overpayments of retired pay received by him for the period July 1, 1952, to September 30, 1958, inclusive. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Carl J. Fisher, the sum of any amounts withheld from him on account of the overpayments referred to in the first section of this Act. Approved April 4, 1960.

AN ACT For the relief of George W. Gibson.
Be it enacted by the Senoite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,089.95 to George W. Gibson, of Saint Louis, Missouri, in full settlement of all claims against the United States. Such sum represents hospital and medical expenses incurred after discharge from the United States Air Force for alleged service-connected disability and outside hospitalization was necessary during the year 1953: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall
