For the relief of Isami Xozuka (also known as Isami Notsuka).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwith- ^^^""^ Nozuka. standing the limitations of time contained in section 33 of the Trading With the Enemy Act, as amended, with respect to the filing of claims and the institution of suits for the return of property or any interest therein pursuant to section 9 or section 32 of such Act, Isami | ° ^^^-1^^- ^^^ Nozuka (also known as Isami Notsuka), a citizen of the United States, 9, 32. may file a claim or institute a suit for the return of his property vested by the Attorney General under Vesting Order Numbered 16184, dated December 5, 1950, which order described such property as follows: "That certain debt or other obligation of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, 300 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California, arising out of a savings account, account numbered 2199, entitled 'Isami Nozuka' maintained at the branch office of the aforesaid bank located at 14Y North Wilson Way, Stockton, California, and any and all rights to demand, enforce, and collect the same". Any such claim or suit for the return of such property shall be received, considered, and determined as if such claim or suit had been filed within the time limitations prescribed in section 33 of such Act, if such claim or suit is filed within the six-month period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act: Provided, That any return made under authority of this Act shall be subject to the provisions of section 20 of the Trading With the Enemy Act. ^° ^^^ ^'"'- ^°Approved September 2, 1960.

Private Law 86-460 AN ACT For the relief of Edward S. Anderson. _

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Edward S. Anderson, of Columbus, Ohio, the sum or $154.70. Such sum represents the remaining balance that the said Edward S. Anderson is obligated to pay as the result of a judgment rendered against him in a civil court of the State of Ohio arising out of an accident occurring on October 2fr, 1956, between a private vehicle and a mail truck operated by the said Edward S. Anderson in the course of his employment as an employee of the Post Office Department: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid, or delivered to, or received by, any ag:ent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim and the same shall be unlawful any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceecHng $1,000. Approved September 2, 1960.
