be used to increase the consumption of fluid milk by children (1) in nonprofit schools of high-school grade and under; and (2) in nonprofit nursery schools, child-care centers, settlement houses, summer camps, and similar nonprofit institutions devoted to the care and training of children." SEC. 2. Such Act is further amended by adding after the first sentence thereof the following new sentence: "There is authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1960, separate from any other appropriation of funds for Commodity Credit Corporation, such amount as may be deemed to be necessary to reimburse Commodity Credit Corporation for amounts advanced by it under this Act.". Public Law 86-447 AN ACT To authorize the reconveyance of tribally owned lands by the Muckleshoot Indian Tx'ibe of the State of Washington to the original allottees, their heirs, devisees, or assigns.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of the constitution, bylaws, and corporate charter of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe of the Muckleshoot Reservation, Washington, the Tribal Council of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe may, with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, reconvey to the former owners or their heirs or devisees all of the right, title, and interest which the tribe and the United States acquired in restricted allotted lands in exchange for assignments of tribal lands. Each such conveyance shall have the same force and effect as the patent issued to the original allottee. Approved April 29, 1960.

Public Law 86-448 JOINT RESOLUTION Permitting the Secretary of the Interior to continue to deliver water to lands in the Third Division, Riverton Federal reclamation project, Wyoming.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That pending completion of a repayment contract the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to continue to deliver water to the lands in the Third Division, Kiverton Federal reclamation project, Wyoming, during the calendar years 1960 and 1961, as under the provisions of section 9, subsection (d) (1), of the Reclamation Project Act of 1939 (53 Stat. 1187, 1195, 43 U.S.C. 485h(d)) but without regard to the time limitation therein specified. Approved May 5, 1960.
