The public lands excluded from the monument by this proclamation, comprising the Ei/aSWiA and the W1/2W1/2 SE1/4 of section 29, T. 50 N., R. 8 W., shall not be subject to application, location, settlement, entry, or other form of appropriation under the public-land laws until further order of an authorized officer of the Department of the Interior.
