The Secretary of the Army may establish or develop military installations and facilities by acquiring, constructing, con\'erting, rehabilitating, or installing permanent or temporary public works, including site preparation, appurtenances, utilities, and equipment, for the following projects: INSIDE THE UNITED STATES I'ECHNICAL SERVICES FACILITIES

Pueblo Ordnance Depot, Colorado: Operational facilities, $369,000. Redstone Arsenal, Alabama: Community facilities and utilities, $1,000,000. Umatilla Ordnance Depot, Oregon: Utilities and ground improvements, $319,000. Watertown Arsenal, Massachusetts: Research, development, and test facilities, $1,849,000.
