For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of Executive Order No. 10422 of January 9, 1953. as amended, prescribing pro- 22 USC 287note, oedures for making available to the Secretary General of the United Nations, and the executive heads of other international organizations, certain information concerning United States citizens employed, or being considered for employment by such organizations, including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), $400,000: Provided, That this appropriation eo Stat. States Code, or in section 190 of the Revised Statutes (5 U.S.C. 99) shall be deemed to apply to any person because of appointment for part-time or intermittent service as a member of the International Organizations Employees Loyalty Board in the Civil Service Commission as established by Executive Order 10422, dated January 9, ^^^22 USC 2 8 7 1953, as amended.
