Public Law 87-277 AN ACT September 22, 1961 [S. 931] To repeal that part of the Act of March 2, 1889, as amended, which requires that grantors furnish, free of all expenses to the Government, all requisite abstracts, official certifications and evidences of title.

Be it eiuwted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proviso in the third full paragraph on page 941 of volume 25 of the Statutes at Large, in the Act of March 2, 1889, as amended (40 U.S.C. 25^), is hereby repealed. Approved September 22, 1961.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.
