SEC. 202. (a) Section 301 of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 is amended by striking out "three succeeding fiscal years" both places where it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "five succeeding fiscal years". (b) The last sentence of section 302(a)(2) of such Act is amended by striking out "two fiscal years in the period beginning July 1, 1960, and ending June 30, 1962" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "four fiscal years in the period beginning July 1, 1960, and ending June 30, 1964". (c) The second sentence of section 304(b) of such Act is amended by striking out "two succeeding fiscal years" and inserting in lieu thereof "four succeeding fiscal years".
