Private Law 87-55 AN ACT For the relief of Henry Wu Chun and Arlene Wu Chun. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor children, Henry W u Chun and Arlene Wu Chun, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien children of Mr. and Mrs. George Chun, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Th&t, for the pur- ^ l^^n Vr a* Vnd poses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Sister Marie Bernard others. (Miss Nicolina Ossa), Sister Eucharia (Miss Philomena lannucci), 8u?c*iio"note. Sister Alphonsus Marie (Miss Mary Grace Padovano), and Sister Mary Dulcis (Miss Mary Teresa Di l o i a), shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence Quota deduction. to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct four numbers from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Private Law 87-57 AN ACT For the relief of Bernard Jacques Gerard Caradec. • Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Bernard Jacques Gerard Caradec shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of May 23, 1946.
