AN ACT For the relief of Nick George Boudoures. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nick George Boudoures shall be held and considered to be the minor natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Gregory Boudoures, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT For the relief of Adela Miehiko Flores. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Adela Miehiko Flores shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
