Private Law 87-174 AN ACT For the relief of Georgia Ellen Thomason.

August 31, 1961 [S. 1347]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Georgia Ellen Thomason, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Kaymond Thomason, citizens of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of Georgia Ellen Thomason, by virtue of such parentage, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved August 31, 1961.
