Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Nishan Der Simonian snail be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Bearge M. Hagopian, a citizen of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality

Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Max Haleck shall be held to have been born in American Samoa, and be regarded as residing therein on February 16, 1900, and shall further be held to be within the purview of section 325 of the said Act, and he may be naturalized in any court having naturalization jurisdiction.
