Private Law 87-505 AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Kwan Ho Lee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Kwan Ho Lee shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 13, 1952. SiX3. 2. The time Doctor Kwan Ho Lee has resided and has been physically present in the United States since December 13, 1952, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. Private Law 87-506 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Elizabeth Lovic,
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (4) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Elizabeth Lovic may be issued an immigrant visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of that Act. This Act shall apply only to grounds for exclusion under such paragraph known to the Secretary of State or the Attorney General prior to the date of the enactment of this Act. Simos and Helen Chamber Simos, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Yiannoula Vasiliou Tsambiras shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
