Private Law 87-574 AN ACT
To provide for the conveyance of certain phosphate rights to the Doctor P. Phillips Foundation of Orlando, Florida.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Dr. p. Phuups of the Interior is authorized and directed to convey by quitclaim deed, Foundation. Conveyance. in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of this Act, to the Doctor P. Phillips Foundation of Orlando, Florida, all phosphate rights which are held by the United States in the following described lands situated in Orange County, Florida: The west half of the northwest quarter of section 27 in township 23 south, range 28 east, of the Tallahassee meridian, Florida, containing 80.15 acres, more or less. SEC. 2. The conveyance authorized to be made by the first section of this Act shall be conditioned upon the payment by the said Doctor P. Phillips Foundation to the Secretary of the Interior of a sum equal to $200 (to reimburse the United States for the administrative costs of the conveyance) plus the fair market value of the phosphate rights conveyed, if prospectively valuable, as determined by the Secretary of the Interior after appraisal. SEC. 3. Proceeds from the sale made hereunder shall be coveted into the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts. Approved September 28, 1962.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the ad- Tadeusz ministration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Tadeusz sochacki. Sochacki may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the said Act and a petition may be filed 75 Stat. eso. by Mr. and Mrs. Stanislaw Sochacki, citizens of the United States, 8 USC 1101. in behalf of the said Tadeusz Sochacki pursuant to section 205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in 8 USC 1155. that section relating to eligible orphans. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary owight w. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money ciarahan. in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Dwight W. Clarahan, of Sigourney, Iowa, the sum of $227.02 in full settlement of all his claims against the United States for the difference between the salary which he was paid and the salary to which he was lawfully entitled as an employee in the Sigourney, Iowa, post office, during the period from April 1, 1948, through April 1, 1950.
