AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Dorothy H. Johnson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That sections 15 to 20, inclusive, of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes", approved September 7, 1916, as amended (5 U.S.C. 765-T70), are hereby waived in favor of Dorothy H. Johnson and her claim based on the death of her son, Steven W. Johnson, for compensation under that Act is authorized and directed to be considered and acted upon under the remaining provisions of the Act, as amended, if she nles such claim with the Department of Labor (Bureau of Employees' Compensation) not later than six months after the date of enactment of this Act: Provided, That no benefits except hospital and medical expenses actually incurred shall accrue for any period of time prior to the date of enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Kenyon B. Zahner.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $36,852 to Kenyon B. Zahner of Atlanta, Georgia, in full settlement of his claims against the United States for reimbursement of the wages lost because he was unlawfully deprived of his employment in the Government of the United States through the application of an unlawful standard as found by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in a judgment filed November 10, 1959, in Civil Action Numbered 1396-58: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 25 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 23, 1962.

Be is enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Don C Jensen United Stotcs of America in Congress assembled, That Don C. Jensen and Bruce E and Bruce E. Woolner are hereby relieved of all liability to pay to the Woolner. United States the amounts listed opposite their names, representing
