CORRECTION IN ENROLLMENT OF H.R. 10786 [H. Con. Res. 506]Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 10786) to establish standards for hours of work and Ante. p. 357. overtime pay of laborers and mechanics employed on work done under contract for, or with the financial aid of, the United States, for any territory, or for the District of Columbia, and for other purposes, is authorized and directed to make the following change, viz: On page 11, line 3, of the House engrossed bill, strike out "June 18, 1912" and insert "June 19, 1912". Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring)^ That the Congress, in accordance with section 246(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.A. 1256(a)), withdraws the suspension of deportation in the case of loannis Constantelias (A-2044661) which was previously granted by the Attorney General and approved by the Congress. Agreed to August 7, 1962.
