Indians. AN ACT To provide for an exchange of lands between the United States and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, and for other purposes Threats against President and successors. AN ACT Authorizing an appropriation to enable the United States to extend an invitation to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to hold a World Food Congress in the United States in 1963. Franklin Delano Roosevelt memorial. JOINT RESOLUTION To direct the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission to consider possible changes in the winning design for the proposed memorial or the selection of a new design for such memorial --Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1963.
