SEC. 3. Section 3334(a) of title 39, United States Code, is amended by inserting after "positions" the words, "of clerk and carrier." SEC. 4. Section 3541 of title 39, United States Code, is amended ,by striking out subsection (h). SEC. 5. The Postal Field Service Schedule contained in section 3542(a) of title 39, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
