Private Law 88-14 AN ACT For the relief of Assnnta DiLella Codella. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Assunta DiLella Oodella may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Codella, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Approved July 11, 1963.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in (Congress a^isembled^ That, notwithstand- Leroy ing any other provision of law, the Administrative Office of the Smallenberger. United States Courts shall pay, out of any appropriation available for payment of salaries of reierees in bankruptcy of the district courts of the Ignited States to T^roy Smallenberger, a referee in bankruptcy for the Ignited States District Court, Western District of Ix)uisiana, a retroactive increase in salary from $7,500 per year for service as a part-time referee to $15,000 a year for service as a full-time referee for the period July 1, 1962, through October 17, 1962, inclusive. Approved July 11, 1963.
