AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Sandra Bank Murphy.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationahty Act, Mrs. Sandra Bank Murphy may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: Provided further, That, unless the beneficiary is entitled to care under chapter 65 of title 10 of the United States Code, a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the' Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Annie Zambelli Stiletto.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Mrs. Annie Zambelli Stiletto, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 349(a)(o) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Mrs. Annie Zambelli Stiletto shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Ferenc Molnar shall be held to have been admitted to the United States as a returning resident alien on December 9, 1961, and to have complied with the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
