WAGE AND LABOR STANDARDS BUREAU OF LABOR STANDARDS

For an additional amount for "Bureau of Labor Standards" for the work of the President's Committee on Employment of the Handicapped, $40,000.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE OFFICE OF EDUCATION DEFENSE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

For an additional amount for "Defense educational activities," $60,750,000, of which $10,300,000 shall be for capital contributions to student loan funds and loans for non-Federal capital contributions (not to exceed $300,000) to student loan funds, $10,000,000 shall be for grants to States for equipment and minor remodeling of facilities for the purposes included in section 301 of Public Law 85-864, as amended, and for supervisory and other services, and $3,000,000 shall 72 Stat. 158; be for grants to States for testing, guidance, and counseling: Provided, 20 USC 4 4 1.
