Be it enacted by the Semite and Hou><:e of RepreHentativeH of the Kalispel United Staten of America m CongreHH (n^aemhled^ That the unexpended Payment Indians. of balance of funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States to credited funds. the credit of the Lower Pend D'Oreille or Kalispel Tribe of I^idians that were appropriated by the Act of May 17, 1963 (Public Law 88-25; 77 Stat. 20, 43), to pay a judgment by the Indian Claims Commission in docket 94, and the interest thereon, less payment of attorneys' fees and expenses, may be advanced or expended for any purpose that is authorized by the tribal governing body and approved by the Secretary of the Interior. Any part of such funds that may be distributed to the members of the tribe shall not be subject to the Federal or State income tax. Approved August 10, 1964. Public Law 88-413 AN ACT To authorize the sale of.")8.19 acres of Eastern Shawnee tribal land in Oklahoma.

Be 'it enacted by the Senate and House of Rej/resentativex of the United Staten of America in Uonffress assembled, That, upon request ^asf"rnsh of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, acting through its official THb^e^. ^'^" governing body, the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to sell all of the right, title, and interest of the United States and the P^astern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma in lots 1 and 2, section 9, township 27 north, range 25 east, Indian meridian. Ottawa County, Oklahoma, comprising 58.19 acres, said land to be sold on terms satisfactory to the tribe and the Secretary of the Interior at not less than its appraised value, as determined by the Secretary. The proceeds of the sale shall be deposited in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. Approved August 10, 1964. Public Law 88-414 AN ACT To amend the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 11)26, to authorize additional appropriations, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) paragraph (2) of subsection (d) of section 4 of the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, as amended (22 U.S.C. 295), is amended to read as follows: "(2) for use to carry out the other purposes of this Act, not to exceed $11,500,000 for the fiscal year 1964, $12,000,000 for the fiscal year 1965, $12,200,000 for the fiscal year 1966, $12,400,000 for the fiscal year 1967."
