SEC. 701. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of titles I, IV, X, go^j2gUsc^301-306. X IV, and X VI of the Social Security Act, a State plan approved 1206, 1351-1355, Under any such title shall provide that— 1381-1385. (1) the first $85 plus one-half of the excess over $85 of payments made to or on behalf of any person for or with respect to any month under title I or II of this Act or any program assisted under such title shall not be regarded (A) as income or resources of such person in determining his need under such approved State plan, or (B) as income or resources of any other individual in determining the need of such other individual under such approved State plan; (2) no payments made to or on behalf of any person for or with respect to any month under such title or any such program shall be regarded as income or resources of any other individual in determining the need of such other individual under such approved State plan except to the extent made available to or for the benefit of such other individual; and (3) no grant made to any family under title III of this Act shall be regarded as income or resources of such family in determining the need of any member thereof under such approved State plan. (b) No funds to which a State is otherwise entitled under title I, IV, X, X IV, or X VI of the Social Security Act for any period before July 1, 1965, shall be withheld by reason of any action taken pursuant to a State statute which prevents such State from complying with the requirements of subsection (a). Enterprise Rancheria. Sale and conv e y a n c e to California.

AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to sell Enterprise Rancheria numbered 2 to the State of California, and to distribute the proceeds of the sale to Henry B. Martin, Stanley Martin, Ralph G. Martin, and Vera Martin Kiras.

Be it ewwfed by the Senate and House of RepreHentativeis of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior may sell and convey Enterprise Rancheria numbered 2, comprising 40.64 acres of land, more or less, described as lot 3, section 1, township 19 north, ran^e 5 east. Mount Diablo base and meridian, to the State of California for a negotiated price which in the opinion of the Secretary reflects its fair market value, and the proceeds from the sale shall be distributed to Henry B. Martin, Stanley Martin, Ralph G. Martin, and Vera Martin Kiras. Approved August 20, 1964.
