To provide for the conveyance of approximately 80 acres of land to the heirs of Adam Jones, Creek Indian not enrolled.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Am-eilca in Congress assewMed^ That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to convey in fee simple all of the right, title, and interest of the United States and of the Creek Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma in and to land described as the south half northwest quarter section 5, township 10 north, range 15 east, Indian meridian, Oklahoma, containing 80 acres, more or less, to the heirs of Adam Jones, Creek Indian not enrolled, in the proportions as determined by the county court of Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, case numbered 5375, as follows: Hattie Jones (wife), an undivided one-third interest; and Bobby R. Jones (son), Tommy Leon Jones (son), Carrie Lee Jones (daughter), Adam Jones, Junior (son), and Marietta Elciea Jones (granddaughter), each an undivided two-fifteenths interest. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(2) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, N a b h a n e M. Nickley ( N a b h a n e M. K a r a m) shall be held «nd considered to be the n a t u r a l - b o r n alien son of M r. and M r s. E l i a s Nickley, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
