No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 25, 1965. AN ACT For the relief of the estate of Harley Brewer, deceased.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $4,500 to the estate of Harley Brewer, deceased, in full satisfaction of the claims of the decedent against the United States for compensation authorized to be paid to him by Private Law 88-360, approved October 14, 1964, but which was not so paid to the said Harley Brewer by reason of his death prior to enactment of the said private law: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any a^ent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Berol, United States Army, retired (033000) of Oreland, Pennsylvania, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $3,161.28, representing the amount of compensation received by him while employed as a civilian by the Department of the Navy from January 7, 1963, through September 13, 1963, in violation of the Act of July 31, 1894 (5 U.S.C. 62).
