AN ACT For the relief of Margaret Elizabeth and Frederick Henry Todd-

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Margaret Elizabeth Todd and Frederick Henry Todd shall be held and considered to have complied with the provisions of section 316 of that Act as they relate to residence and physical presence. Oklahoma State University.

AN ACT To provide for the free entry of one mass spectrometer-gas chromatograph for the use of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of d u t j a mass spectrometer-gas chromatograph (including all accompanying equipment, parts, accessories, and appurtenances) for the use of Oklahoma State University. (b) If the liquidation of the entry of the article described in subsection (a) has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made. AN ACT To provide for the free entry of one shadomaster measuring projector for the use of the University of South Dakota.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of duty one shadomaster measuring projector (and its accompanying parts and equipment) for the use of the University of South Dakota. SEC. 2. If the liquidation of the entry of any article described in this Act has become final, such entry shall be reliquidalted and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made.
