AN ACT To amend section 1825 of title 28 of the United States Code to authorize the payment of witness' fees in habeas corpus cases and in proceedings to vacate sentence under section 2255 of title 28 for persons who are authorized to proceed in forma pauperis 89-163 U.S. district courts, recording of proceedings. AN ACT To amend section 753(b) of title 28, United States Code, to provide for the recording of proceedings in the United States district courts by means of electronic sound recording as well as by shorthand or mechanical means 89-164 Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and related agencies Appropriation Act, 1966. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Department s of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, and for other purposes 89-165 U.S. district courts; jurors' fees, increase.
