AN ACT To amend provisions of law relating to the settlement of admiralty claims. Be it eimcted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That sections 4802 (c)^ 4803(c), 7622(c), 7623(c), 9802(c), and 9803(c) of title 10, United States Code, are each ameiided by striking out the figure "$1,000" and inserting the figure "$10,000" in place thereof. AN ACT To make section 1952 of title 18, United States Code, applicable to travel in aid of arson. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subsection (b) (2) of section 1952 of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "(2) extortion, bribery, or arson in violation of the laws of the State in which committed or of the United States." AN ACT To extend the Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Offenses Control Act of 1961. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 6 of the Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Offenses Control Act of 1961 is amended to read as follows: AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS

"SEC. 6. For the purpose of carrying out the program provided for in the preceding sections of this Act during the period ending June 30, 1967, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, and each of the three succeeding fiscal years, the sum of $10,000,000, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, the sum of $6,500,000, and for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, the sum of $10,000,000."
