In the event that no such accrued annuities are Ij ^^^'^'^'^^• paid, and if application for such accrued benefits is filed prior to the expiration of two years after the death of the individual to whom such benefits accrued, such accrued benefits shall be paid, upon certification by the Board, to the individual or individuals who would be entitled thereto under section 3(f)(1) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 if such accrued benefits were accrued annuities. If there is no individual to whom all or any part of such accrued benefits can be paid in accordance with the foregoing provisions, such benefits or part thereof shall escheat to the credit of the account." SEC. 205. Sections 10(a) and 11(a) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act are each amended by striking out "0.2 per centum" ^2 s'^'. 5 78. and inserting in lieu thereof "0.25 per centum". 36i. SEC. 206. Section 12 of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by adding at the end of subsection (d) thereof the follow- ^ use'362°^ ing new sentence: "Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may furnish such information to any person or organization upon payment by such person or organization to the Board of the cost incurred by the Board by reason thereof; and the amounts so paid to the Board shall be credited to the railroad unemployment insurance administration fund established pursuant to section 11(a) of this Act."; and by striking out "section 3(a) " from subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof "section 3".
