That the Secretary Medals. of the Treasury (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretary") shall u.sNavaicivii strike and furnish for the Lnited States Naval Facilities Enoiueerini>- Engineers corps. Command (hereinafter I'eferred to as the conimand'*) for the celebra- a n n i v e r s a r i e s. tion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the United States Naval Construction Battalions (SPL\KEKS) and the one-hundredth anniversary of the Cnited States Navy Civil Engineer Corps ( C E C), national medals in commemoration of such anniversaries. SEC. 2. Such medals shall l>e of such sizes, materials, and designs, and shall be so inscriped as the conmiand may determine with the approval of the Secretary. SEC. 8. Not more than one hundred thousand of such medals may be produced. Production shall be in such quantities, not less than two thousand, as may be ordered by the command, but no work may be commenced on any order unless the Secretary has received security' satisfactory to him for the payment of the cost of the production of such order. Such cost shall include labor, materials, dies, use of machineiy, and oxerhead expenses, as determined by the Secretary. Xo medals may be produced pursuant to this Act after December 31. 1968. SEC. 4. Cpon receipt of payment foi' such medals in the amount of the cost thereof as determined pursuant to Section 8, the Secretary shall deliver the medals as the command may re<|uest. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Jewel,^^11^^^^^^^ Bearing Plant operated and maintained by the General Services Ad- pl^nt. *^""^ ministration at Rolla, North Dakota, shall hereafter be known as the Designation. William Langer Jewel Bearing Plant, and any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such plant is designated or referred to shall be held to refer to such plant under and by the name of the William Langer Jewel Bearing Plant.
