SEC. 2. I n the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Heather Gilbert Maddagiri may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Aswath Maddagiri, a lawfully resident alien and a citizen of the United States, respectively. SEC. 3. The natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiaries shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended Zofia Zych may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101 (b)(1)(F) of the said Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. John Jadack, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the said Act. Private Law 89-465 AN ACT For the relief of Dusko Doder.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Dusko Doder shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of February 1, 1960.
