Private Law 89-312 AN ACT For the relief of John R. McKinney.

September 20, 1966 [ H. R. 14379]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the J o h n R. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary McKinney. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John R. McKinney, of Sylvania, Georgia, the sum of $1,456.67. Such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims against the United States of the said John R. McKinney for amounts to which he was entitled as a holder of the Medal of Honor under the provisions of sections 560-562 of title 38, United States Code, for the period from October 13, 1964, to December 72 Stat. 1139. 30, 1965 (both dates inclusive), but which the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs is unable to pay because of failure to receive a timely application therefor. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 20, 1966.

Private Law 89-313 AN ACT For the relief of Irene Snyder.

Be it enacted by the Senxite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Irene Snyder may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the said Act, and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said Irene Snyder by Sergeant and Mrs. Robert Snyder, a citizen and lawful alien resident, respectively, of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the said Act. Approved September 27, 1966.

Private Law 89-314 AN ACT For the relief of Antonio Jesus Senra (Rodriguez) and his wife, Mercedes M. Miranda de Senra.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amsrica in Congress assembled, That Antonio Jesus Senra (Rodriguez) and his wife, Mercedes M. Miranda de Senra, may be naturalized upon compliance with all of the requirements of title III of the Immigration and Nationality Act, except that no period of residence or physical presence within the United States or any State shall be required, in addition to their residence and physical presence within the United States since August 13, 1959. Approved October 3, 1966.
