AN ACT For the relief of Matsusuke Tengan.

Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Matsusuke Teng'an the sum of $2,013 in full satisfaction of all his claims against the United States as beneficiary of a life insurance policy (Numbered 1,650,373) of the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada on the life of his son, Yoshio Tengan, a United States citizen, the proceeds of which were received by the Attorney General pursuant to Vesting Order Numbered 14,815, dated June 26, 1950, under the provisions of the Trading With the Enemy Act: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 4, 1966.

AN ACT For the relief of Lieutenant Samuel R. Rondberg, United States Army Reserve.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Lieutenant Samuel R. Kondberg, United States Army Reserve, is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $240.30, representing the amount of overpayments of subsistence allowance received by the said Lieutenant Samuel R. Rondberg for the period from September 27, 1957, through June 10, 1958, while he was in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps serving at Washington University in the State of Missouri, such overpayments having been made as a result of administrative error. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Lieutenant Samuel R. Rondberg, the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayments referred to in the first section of this Act. Approved October 4, 1966.

AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Enrique Ramon Duoassi.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Enrique Ramon Ducassi shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of September 30, 1960.
