AN ACT For the relief of Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou and her minor child, Alexandres Deliroglou.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou, the fiancee of Arthur B. Weaver, a citizen of the Ihiited States, and her minor child, Alexandros Deliroglou, shall be eligible for visas as nonimmigrant temporary visitors for a period of three months: Provided, That the administrative authorities find that the said Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said Arthur B. Weaver and that she and her minor child, Alexandros Deliroglou are found to be otherwise admissible under the immigration laws. I n the event the marriage between the above-named persons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou, and her minor child, Alexandros Deliroglou, they shall be required to depart from the United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance with the provisions of sections 242 and 248 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the event that the marriage between the above-named persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou, and her minor child, Alexandros Deliroglou, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Konstadyna Byni Deliroglou and her minor child, Alexandros Deliroglou, as of the date of the payment by them of the required visa fees. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Reyresentathes of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 204(c), relating to the number of petitions which may be approved in behalf of orphans, shall be inapplicable in the case of a petition filed in behalf of Kim Kin Soon by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H, Johnstone, citizens of the United States. Approved October 4, 1966.

AN ACT For the relief of George Joseph Saad.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, George Joseph Saad, the widower of Mary Elizabeth Saad, a United States citizen, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of the said Act, and the provisions of section 204 of the said Act shall not be applicable in this case.
