For carrying out the provisions of the Act of November 2, 1966 (80 Stat. 1091-1099), there are appropriated amounts not to exceed $2,496,000, to be derived from the Pribilof Islands fund. L I M I T A T I O N ON ADMINISTRATIVE E X P E N S E S, F I S H E R I E S LOAN F U N D

During the current fiscal year not to exceed $336,000 of the Fisheries loan fund shall be available for administrative expenses.
